I know that people like to put an eminence copperhead in their princeton 65 reissue as it sound too bright to some ears.
The 68 is a slightly darker princeton flavor. Do you guys know the main difference between a wgs g10c vs copperhead? Main goal is to retain that Fender sound.
Man … I have never heard/played through the Emi Copperhead … so I can’t make any kind of comparison, sorry!
A G10C is a huge, loud, bold, fat and juicy, yet also crisp ten … the best ten I’ve ever heard, and the speaker that brought me to the WGS family nearly a decade ago when I reviewed the speaker for Vintage Guitar Magazine … and just had to find out who these WGS guys were … cuz I was so impressed!
