doing my research in the net, a lot of people says, that the ET-90 just works well in open or half open cabinets. Is that true? I´m looking to use a ET-90 in a closed Marshall 1936 2x12 cab.
I have one of these in an 1/3 open back cabinet 16 Ohm and it is one of the best sounds I have heard.
No, the ET90 works well sealed too as long as the cab is not TOO small … but I would say that it probably does excel in open and semi-open cabs.
