All of my speakers are on the higher end side of Watts. ET65, Veteran, Invader and Reaper HP.My Ampeg VT60 (with ET 65) is a bit dark and the Retro may be the perfect speaker in a 1X12 Cab feed, that is if I didn’t already have so many Wattages.For a 60 Watt Amp, a 30 W speaker like the Repaer is perfect becasue I have two feeds, one with ET 65 and an empty 1X12 Cab to be filled with either Retro or Repaer. But to reiterate, the Amp is on the darker side.Should I be concerned about Watts?? I’m no tone guru, either and just happy with what works.
