Really like the Reapers sound on the vids, bur wonder if they would do well in a Blackstar HT-40? Do I need the HP version then?? Or is there any other speakers you would suggest?
Now it´s a Celestion 70/80 in the amp and I think the sound is too compressed modern and boring. I prefer more vintage and lively sound, more 70-s like Blackmore, Iommi and Page!

Given this, I'd recommend the Invader for you ... classic GB sound that can take the 40-watts :-)
