I am looking for a mix matched speaker set that would sound better than the old vintage 30's
This amp is a modeling amp and I dont think the 30's are giving this amp the true potential it needs. It is true stereo so a mixed speaker set I think would be the ticket. But not sure what combo

My Egnater and Tech 21 are now equipped with WGS speakers
I'm gonna sound like a broken record here ... but if it were me, I'd go ET65/Retro 30 ...
That is what you reccomended for my Tech 21. That amp Rocks that was the best thing I ever did to that amp. Thanks again Vaughn. Again a wise choise for my Johnson JM150

Oh yea ... cool and very under valued "sleeper amp" ... and the ET65 will breathe some organic tube-tone life in her!
