I'm looking to replace the Scheffield speakers in my 5150 2x12 closed back combo. I like the beefy, powerful distortion the amp gets but when I roll back the volume for cleans it's incredibly sterile. I want a speaker or speaker combination that will maintain the powerful grinding distortion but still be touch sensitive and clear when I back off the volume knob for cleans.
