I have a 2 x 10 cab (open or closed back) that I want to get some new speakers for.
The amps I use with it are a Cornford MK50, a marshall jmp 38w clone (similar to a suhr badger) and a 6w soldano slo clone.
What do you guys reckon I should go with?
2 x Green Beret
2 x ET10
2 x Retro 10
ET10/Retro 10 combo

When all was said & done, in that particular case, I went with a G10A ... because the actual QUILTER closed-back cab emphasized lows so much that the one that sounded best in the little semi-open Marshall cabs sounded too boomy in the Quilter box.
Having said that ... I'll also mention that the G10 (ceramic or Alnico) is still my favorite WGS 10 ... so you might consider a pair of them, too.
