Mesa Fillmore 25 - what speaker?

Hi All…I have a Fillmore 25 combo and I find the speaker to be a little nasal sounding and somewhat sharp/fizzy at the high end. Wondering what WGS would smooth it out a bit and open up the amp.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I was considering a Celestion A-Type - just a recommendation from another Fillmore owner

Ohhhh … definitely the G12C/S … that old smoothie can’t produce sharp/fizzy no matter how hard ya try to make her … she stays fat-n-juicy :slight_smile:
