Hi,

I bought a pair of used Reinhardt R30H-LC speakers, the seller said they are close to a Celestion G12H-30 and can therefore be described as a mix between a Greenback and Vintage 30.  Is that a correct assessment? I'm looking at buying another pair of something similar, so maybe a Reaper is the closest WGS offering?

Yes, the Reaper is a pretty dead on direct replacement!

I was a little surprised when I heard the Reinhardts actually, they are much more scooped and modern sounding than I thought they would be actually.  They are good for like GNR and stuff, I guess I prefer more of a greenback type sound for most other things.

Well then ... why not just get a pair of Green Berets (the best GB voiced speaker available this side of 1969) ... or it's close cousin the Invaders?
