I play blues and most of the it is clean. I do not play distorted rock and SRV is as hard as I get. I am looking for some suggestions for my tweed blues jr and my egnater tweaker setup. All are 12" speakers. The egnater is a 40w head and 2 1x12 egnater cabs. The celestions that are in the cabs are horrible. Not a fan. I play more style wise like Tab Benoit and Melvin Taylor if that helps.
Wow … if you search, you’ll find a lot of convos on these two amps … and they both suffer from the same ailment: cabinets that are just too darn small … to little air volume …
