Hey Folks... Any thoughts on hemp cone vs paper cone? I'm using a 50 watt Weber Blue Alnico with hemp cone in a Winfield Cyclone 1x12. It's a 15 watt amp (think very early 60's Vox AC15 with EF86 front end). Must say, it is very impressive in every way.
Would like to grab another Alnico, say a BlackHawk for another amp... It's an Alessandro Working Dog Rottweiler 1x12. It's a 40 watt with a built in attenuator that drops power down to 20 watts. The sound is basically a Tweed, Black Face and Bluesbreaker sound in one amp. That according to Mr. Alessandro. Any thoughts about that amp/speaker combination?
Might a hemp cone speaker be a possibility for a WGS speaker anytime soon? Thanks.
