RE: Mixed Speaker suggestion for (2) 2x12 cabs

I am building 2- 2x12 cabs similar to Mesa's dimensions. My first is near completion boasting a pair of Retro 30s. I was thinking about a complimentary pair for the 2nd cab, so i could use either cab individually or together. Im using a Mesa Dual Rectifier head.

Well ... if you've read any of my blogs ... you know that I LOVE the combo of ET65 & Retro 30's.  The Retro's bring a lot of sparkle & touch sensitivity ... while the ET65's bring buttery smooth warmth. 

Combined, it's tonal bliss :-)
