I orded a speaker a few days ago. I used my main email. I recived a conformation number at checkout. I recived no email confirmation. The next day I tried to make a account with my main email address. The system would not let me. It said I already had an account. I have attemped to reset my password several times. It says it sent me a email but I never recived one. I checked junk as well.
I called the number listed at the bottom of the webpage durring buisness hours. Nobody answered. I left a message.
I just want to know whats going on with my order. Are they closed cause of the virus and not shipping? On ebay it says they are away right now.
